History of the firm

Audit firm “Analitik” was created in 1990 and since it successfully provides high-quality services in the area of audit, consulting, law and other services. It has the Certificate of Audit chamber of Ukraine about brining to to the Register of subjects of auditing activity.

In November 1997 our staff had the chance to study the international audit standards. Nowadays, our firm is the member of The International Association of Audit and Consulting Firms PKF (PANNELL KER FOSTER).

The Czech consulting firm “HZ Praha”, the full member of PKF, is our permanent partner and joint proprietor.

Our collaborators

Honorable President of Audit firm “Analitik” — Golovach Volodymyr Volodymyrovych, has the certificate of auditor of Ukraine the AB seria № 000051. He held the post of the expert in Verhovna Rada Commission of economical reforms from 1980 to 1996. He elaborated a line of bills, also drafted the Law of Ukraine “About auditing activity”; realized a complex of actions for its implementation. He was elected as a member of Audit chamber of Ukraine and a head of the executive commission of the Union of auditors of Ukraine.

Moreover, he was a head of the Council of the society tax advisors and a vice-president of the Union of jurists of Ukraine. He has been elected as an adviser of a head of Kiev city council since 1998.

The head of the firm “Analitik” — Kashtanova Irina Alexandrovna is the principal of the Board of directors, has the certificate of auditor of Ukraine the AB seria № 000052, the member of Audit chamber of Ukraine I and III convocation. She has been working in the firm since 1991, studied in the agency of international development in USA by the programs “The international accounting standards in Ukraine for accountants in the banks”, “The theory and practice by international standards in audit”. She was rewarded with the Diploma of Audit chamber of Ukraine for being active in development of audit.

The firm staffed with high-qualified specialists in all branches of auditing activity, where 12 of them have certificates of audit. Moreover, we are trying to enhance our reputation and quality of service by up-grading the professional skills of auditors in the area of book-keeping consideration and audit.
